It all started with headshots--bad ones at that. I was tried of seeing friends and colleagues captured in images that reflected poorly on them.
They were predictable, staged, and just another thing that had to be checked off the list (dare I say like going to the dentist).
Don't get me started on the time I changed my online dating profile to offer potential matches help with upgrading their photo game!
When done right, I believe photography has the innate ability to make us feel.
It makes us feel connected.
It makes us feel seen.
And it makes us feel inspired.
Seeing the transformation from the beginning of a shoot to the end--watching my clients open up and reveal themselves--is my greatest joy and honor!
